		<description>That&#039;s a great point that I should have included in the article. Most of the blame is on the consumers themselves for consistently supporting dodgy DLC content and repackaged games. Developers and publishers would have given up on the concept a long time ago if it wasn&#039;t so ridiculously profitable for them.</description>

		<description>I agree with this wholeheartedly.  The DLC companies are starting to implement in their games have gotten way out of control.  

But the problem is that so many people are impatient and (apparently) have enough money when the game comes out that they don&#039;t care if they pay a little extra.  Then when the Game of the Year edition or some other fancy &quot;edition&quot; title comes slapped on the game a year later, they don&#039;t think twice about it.  Some might, but they obviously don&#039;t care that much if they just go and do it again when the next game like that comes out.</description>
